If you need to rotate with small increments use the following shortcut.

To rotate in steps of 1 %

Select the object, press the combination:

Roteren in stappen van 15 %

Selecteer het object en druk de volgende combinatie:

If you want to change the width and height at the same time you can use the Format tab under Tools for SmartArt.

Select the object, in the Shapes group, click the Larger or Smaller buttons. Be aware that in this case width and height will be altered simultaneaously.

In a previous blog I showed you how to widen an SmartArt-object, increasing the height of the object is of course also possible.

Increase the heigth in steps of 10%

To do that, select the object en press the following combination.

Increase width in steps of 10%

Select the SmartArt-object you want to widen.

Press the key combination:

Wil je zowel de hoogte als de breedte tegelijkertijd aanpassen dan kan je beroep doen op het lint Opmaak onder Hulpmiddelen voor SmartArt.

Selecteer het object, in de groep Vormen, klik je op de knoppen Groter of Kleiner. Zowel de hoogte als de breedte worden met 10 % aangepast.

Selecteer het SmartArt-object dat je wenst te vergroten en druk de combinatie:

Voor een vierde druk: ALT+0188, druk ALT in en hou vast, type 0188 op het numerisch pad en laat de ALT-toets los

Play two videos next to one another (part 2)

When both videos have been formatted the way you want them we can start the animation.

On the Animation tab, click the button Animation pane in the Advanced animation group.

In the animation pane you will see the default setting in PPT 2010, play on click, which means you will have to click twice to start them playing together.

Let's change that so both videos start automatically without needing a click.

Just remove both animations from the pane. Then select the videos one by one and apply the following settings in the Animation tab Animation group.

For video 1, click in this order

For video 2, click in this order

That should give you the following settings in the animation pane.

Gratis add-in om uit een bestaande presentatie alle media bestanden en afbeeldingen te halen.

Het was tot en met versie 2007 mogelijk om een bestaande presentatie weg te schrijven als een HTML bestand. PPT maakte dan een folder aan waar alle media bestanden en afbeeldingen terug te vinden waren.

Helaas is deze mogelijkheid in PPT 2010 verdwenen. Gelukkig heeft John Wilson (MVP - PPT) voor ons een add-in klaargestoomd die dat alles voor ons automatiseert. De add-in creëert een folder op het bureaublad met alle bestanden die in de presentatie opgenomen zijn. Ook gelinkte bestanden en commentaar worden daarin opgenomen.
